The Steam app fosters local community among coffee shops and the customers who work in them. Steam partners with coffee shops to build a rating system, share deals and discounts like cafe “happy hours” and allow customers to earn “bean rewards.” Through in app crowd-sourced reviews Steam ratings are based on wifi connectivity, seating space, loudness, customer service and food variety
